Partner Robert Baxter will be honored by the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Civil Trial Bar section with the section’s highest award – the James J. McLaughlin Award – on February 21, 2013 at the Section’s Award Dinner. The James J. McLaughlin Award is presented annually for demonstrating civility, legal competence and professionalism in the practice of civil trial law.
